This home untouched since sold to our client by the original builder looked to update the curb appeal and completely update and remodel the interior. The style of this home is mid-century modern and the interior was quite compartmentalized as this was a common build theme for that era.
Common walls separating the Galley Kitchen from 2 separate eating areas were removed to create an open space floor plan.
The below main dining area had a common wall to the original Galley Kitchen and a common wall to the entry hallway and living room. There was also a standalone room above the entrance. The common wall between the original galley kitchen and the common wall to the living room as well as common wall to coffee area was removed. Ceiling was lifted in main dining area and opened the upper room to a loft area to create an open floor plan and increase the flow.
The main dining area had a common wall to the original living room (below). there was also a small entry hallway. Upon entering turning right would lead to the original galley kitchen and heading straight would lead into the living room. This space was opened up entirely and a powder room and closet added added
All bathrooms were completely remodeled
